Founder

Founded by an experienced Oracle transformation leader

Change to Thrive was founded by Paul Staves FCMA CGMA to provide senior, independent support to organisations navigating complex ERP transformation.

Paul brings more than 25 years of consulting and delivery experience spanning EY/Capgemini, systems integration, client-side leadership and independent assignments. His career has covered hands-on programme delivery through to Programme and Delivery Director leadership.

Paul Staves FCMA CGMA

Experience across programme delivery and leadership.

His work has involved leading complex programmes and delivery organisations in demanding environments, including a $20m+ Oracle programme portfolio, a 150+ person delivery organisation and global Oracle transformation spanning more than 200 countries and territories.

That breadth matters because difficult programmes rarely fail for one reason. Technology, operating model, governance, commercial relationships, leadership decisions and delivery discipline all interact. Effective intervention requires experience across those boundaries and the ability to make the complex clear.

How we work

Calm, direct and practical.

The role of an independent adviser is to improve the quality of decisions and delivery, not to add noise or dependency.

Independent

Advice shaped by the needs of the programme and its sponsors, not by a wider implementation agenda.

Evidence-led

Views grounded in delivery reality, tested against what the programme can demonstrate.

Practical

Recommendations designed to support decisions, ownership and action, rather than sit on a shelf.

Complex programmes need clear thinking, experienced judgement and the confidence to address difficult issues early.

Start with the programme, not a sales pitch.
